Quando si sostiene che "non è tanto il caldo, ma l'umidità" non si tiene in considerazione che un luogo può essere contemporaneamente
tanto caldo quanto umido, così come lo è stato nel mio caso il Vietnam ad agosto, nella stagione delle piogge.
Di piogge ne ho viste fortunatamente ben poche, ma si tenga a mente che ognuna delle seguenti foto è stata scattata con un grado
diverso ma pur sempre importante di sudorazione.
Ciò che si dice sui vietnamiti è vero: sono molto gentili e disponibili a farsi fotografare, e questo rende il paese un vero paradiso
per quest'attività.
Le foto in queste tre gallerie attraversano tutto il paese da nord a sud, partendo da quell'impero del caos di motorini di Hanoi,
continuando per la crociera di Ha Long Bay e le risaie di Sa Pa; si scende poi a Da Nang, Hue e Hoi An, per finire a Saigon
(Ho Chi Min City).
When people claim that "it's not the heat, it's the humidity," they fail to consider that a place can be both hot and humid simultaneously.
This was certainly the case for me in Vietnam during the August rainy season.
Fortunately I saw very little rain, but keep in mind that every single one of the following photos was taken while I was sweating to a
significant degree.
It's true what they say about the Vietnamese people: they are very kind and willing to be photographed, which makes the country a true paradise
for this activity.
The photos in these three galleries cross the entire country from north to south, starting from the scooter-fueled empire of chaos in Hanoi,
continuing through the cruise in Ha Long Bay and the rice paddies of Sa Pa. We then traveled down to Da Nang, Hue, and Hoi An, finishing in
Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).
